Spam Musubi

I once took a woman out to sushi and never heard from her again. I guess spam musubi is not what she considers sushi.

It's compact, sodium rich, and looks like a Volvo without wheels. Personally, I think it arrived here before it's time. Portland is not quite ready to consume this brick of a sushi.

I'm sure that once spam musubi becomes the hottest thing, that woman will want to go out with me again...
